My current research interests are in both empirical and theoretical finance. Specifically I study how private and public firms interact with financial markets. This may be a firm accessing the market for the first time by an IPO or there might be a CDS issued on a private firm. These interactions bring new market inefficiencies such as IPO underpricing, illiquidity and counterparty risk.
