My research examines how transition and climate risk affect public debt sustainability. I aim to integrate these phenomena into models for fiscal limits, beyond the one analyzed in my JMP. I also study the transition’s impact on debt-to-GDP and GDP in E-DGSE models, without and with price rigidities and monetary policy. I intend to explore potential financial contagion effects among countries, and to analyze these issues not only theoretically, but also empirically.
