The Foundation Board of Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) reorganized itself. Olivier Steimer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, has decided to step down from the Board having held the position since the institute was founded in 2006. Earlier still, he took a leading role during the institute’s inception phase and significantly contributed to the vision and direction of SFI. "Olivier Steimer has devoted enormous energy to ensuring the success and the further development of the institute. He has made it one of the most recognized research and continuing education institutes in banking and finance worldwide," attests Prof. François Degeorge, Managing Director of SFI.
