Financial regulation is becoming increasingly broad, complex, and global. The implementation of rules and standards created by international bodies varies, however, from country to country, as does the extent to which such rules are enforced. To facilitate comparison and assess the reputation and attractiveness of various financial centers, SFI created a global meta-index on financial regulation, transparency, and compliance in 2020.

We are delighted to invite you to the webinar—taking place on Wednesday, 10 May 2023—at which we will present the latest edition of this index. The presentation will be followed by an examination of which aspects Switzerland would need to improve to be ranked higher, and of whether this should actually be a goal.
